Spam 5 and its Partners recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use our services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it. The bottom line is that your data and content is exactly that, your data and content and we make no claims to it and will do our utmost to protect it.


Personally Identifiable Information – Your Details

  • Our services require you to register for an account. Spam 5 asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, address and phone) and we will use that information to provide the service. We will also request credit card or other payment information which is maintained by our GDPR and PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment gateway partners in encrypted form on their secure servers. We do NOT store your credit or debit card or bank account details on our servers.
  • When we require other personally identifying information, we will inform you about the types of information we collect and how we use it.
  • Device-related Information. Our Services may also collect device related information from your devices, including information such as an IP address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location), the date and time of use of our Services, the date and time of an event on IT systems, system logs, and technical attributes about the device or a web browser. This information enables us to deliver our services, such as security management, security patching and security updating. Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology.

Information Sharing

We do not rent or sell your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals. All companies we share with meet the relevant data protection and GDPR regulations – such as payment processors – and are only used to deliver our services to you.

  • We may share such information in any of the following limited circumstances:
    • We provide such information to trusted businesses or persons for the sole purpose of processing personally identifying information on our behalf.     • If you have an account, we may share the information submitted under your account among all of our services in order to provide you with a seamless experience and to improve the quality of our services. We will not disclose your account information to other people or non-affiliated companies, except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy or with your consent.
    • In the event of a transfer of ownership of Spam 5 Ltd., such as acquisition by or merger with another company, we will provide notice before any personally identifying information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
    • We may share non personally identifiable aggregated information with others.

Information & Data Security

The security of your information is very important to us and we do our utmost to protect it.

  • We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
  • We restrict access to your personally identifying information to employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services – such as billing.
  • Billing and admin access is also limited and logged and we do not store credit card or bank details.
  • We won’t keep your personal information any longer than required to deliver our services or as required by law.
  • We use the strongest available TLS encryption, to ensure files are transferred securely from your computer or mobile device to our servers.

Please note this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. In either case, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice.
